Qatar Petroleum District

The Qatar Petroleum District is a giant project conceptualized to serve the global, regional, and local financial sectors of Qatar. The Qatar Petroleum District, a leading destination in Qatar is an ensemble complex of art buildings for ten states, grouping individual and adjacent buildings together in a harmonious blend of architectural excellence. These buildings with an average of 20 to 25 floors per structure will be built on an approximately land mass of over 380,000 sqm.

 

Crowning the Qatar Petroleum District is a 45-storey high tower, which is well on its way to being one of Doha’s landmark sights and an icon of the city’s skyline. Qatar Petroleum District is also delighted that the complex will be among the 1st certified sustainably designed construction in the Middle East region.

 

The Qatar Petroleum District will be in the new business city of Doha, West Bay. Cosmopolitan West Bay holds government and ministry offices, an up-market residential area as well as major shopping malls.  The Qatar Petroleum District site covers an area of over 71,600 sqm.
